Sole owner of Finnegan-Manson; co-founder of Simon-Meyer Charlotte with over 30 years construction experience.  Tom is licensed to perform an array of inspections, certifications, and appraisals, including HUD and real estate appraisals, in addition to holding a general contractor’s license.  He oversees all aspects of his business ranging from performing inspections and plan analyses to preparing reports.
