NEW ORLEANS Finnegan/Manson LLC has developed a wealth of construction experience in the 23 years since our inception. We have seen an expansion of the "high-rise" business district in New Orleans, the conversion of the warhouse district into a high-end residential and commercial center, the rapid and broad expansion of the Lake Pontchartrain north shore residential region, an oil boom, and an oil bust. Not to mention, we have now seen unprecedented castastrophic damage to property and equally unprecedented reconstruction.

The current reconstruction has begun with an unusual mix of funding sources which demands unusual administration of funds. Each of the aforementioned historical events, as well as day-to-day construction, has presented unique conditions that have matured Finnegan/Manson LLC into a capable and experienced company.
