He retired from the U.S. Army as a brigadier general and served as Associate Dean of Engineering at Tulane University. A registered professional engineer, Jack received a PhD in structural engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MSE from Princeton University and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy. |

Sole owner of Finnegan-Manson; co-founder of Simon-Meyer Charlotte with over 30 years construction experience. Tom is licensed to perform an array of inspections, certifications, and appraisals, including HUD and real estate appraisals, in addition to holding a general contractor’s license. He oversees all aspects of his business ranging from performing inspections and plan analyses to preparing reports. |

Judy Grubbs

Administers the Simon-Meyer Charlotte office. Judy retired from the fields of social work and program management with the Army and joined Jack and Tom in establishing the Charlotte office in 2006. Her responsibilities include lender relationships, report verification, administration and marketing efforts.
