Previous roles include General Superintendent, Vice-President of Field Operations, and Corporate Safety Director. Tony currently performs inspections and manages the Simon-Meyer field consultants. Awards include the ABC & AGC Excellence in Construction Awards. |

Molly J. Vincent Owner & Chief Operating Officer

Co-founder of Simon-Meyer, bringing project management expertise and ambition. Molly graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Construction Management and worked in the field as project manager. She now works hand-in-hand with the lenders and inspectors evaluating pay applications and ensuring the accuracy of reports. She also heads up marketing and education efforts.

Kirk Voelkel Senior Field Consultant

Performs commercial and A&D inspections. Kirk has over 10 years of experience in project management and project engineering roles. His experience is based on a solid education at Southern Polytechnic State University, where he earned a B.A. of Architecture. Awards include the ABC Excellence in Construction Award.

Dewayne Vincent Field Consultant

Performs residential and commercial inspections. Dewayne has been trained by Tony in construction techniques from a young age. He joined Simon-Meyer after graduation having finished top in his class in Advanced Construction Technology. He contributes practical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm while continuing to be mentored by his father.
